Wooden Nickels are available from the Estes Park Businesses listed below. When you visit Estes Park and walk through town, different wooden nickel posters will be displayed on the participating businesses (on the windows, counters, etc.). Each Enjoy Estes Park Nickel Business Poster will contain DIFFERENT information on how you obtain a wooden nickel from each business and how you can redeem your wooden nickel (based on the business). You can obtain and redeem wooden nickels from either retail or dining businesses. NOTE: You can NOT combine your nickel with any coupon offer at the time of purchase and you can NOT redeem more than 1 nickel per transaction. These nickels are ONLY available while supplies last. 120,000 wooden nickels are available from participating businesses for your fun and enjoyment!

Rocky Mountain Jim
The sketch of Rocky Mountain Jim was designed and illustrated by Gary Kile (owner of Rocky Mountain Knife Company). We had to visit him numerous times to convince him to come out of his sketching retirement and help us with the idea and design of the Wooden Nickel. His rendition of Rocky Mountain Jim is on the Wooden Nickel. We will always be appreciative of his contribution to the Enjoy Estes Park Wooden Nickel. Thanks for your help.
How To Use Your Enjoy Estes Park Wooden Nickels
You can dine and receive your wooden nickel.. shop and redeem your wooden nickel. You can shop and receive your wooden nickel and dine and redeem your wooden nickel. You can shop and receive your wooden nickel... keep shopping and redeem your wooden nickel. You can dine and receive your wooden nickel... dine again and redeem your wooden nickel. ALL participating Estes Park Businesses WILL accept and redeem your wooden nickels. You do NOT have to return to the same business to redeem your wooden nickel. You will either receive a wooden nickel or redeem a wooden nickel for each purchase. There will be enough wooden nickels for you as 120,000 wooden nickels will be seen moving around town!
