I had to take this photograph of this big, huge Bull Elk with his little “bow tie” of velvet antlers growing on his head. He looks so cute!!

It is amazing how fast their antlers will grow and will stay covered in velvet until August or September. I’ll take some more photographs as time goes by so you can see the progression. It’s really fascinating!
