We have not been able to see the mountains in Rocky Mountain National Park for a few days because of the low clouds over the mountains. But today we woke up and it is bright with blue skies!

We took a a drive to our favorite place on Route 34 to get that perfect “photo op” of the mountains with the snow. It is so nice to see so much white up on the peaks. We were told that Bear Lake got 9″ which is really great. We need snow so badly.

I just love this photograph of the snowy peaks in Rocky Mountain National Park from Estes Park! Still no snow in Estes Park…

After I closed my mouth in awe, I have one question…
    Is this photo for sale?

Sorry Kathleen, I took this one with my iPhone…it was so cool.! So it can’t be blown up to a bigger size. Maybe next time… Mel
