We saw so many pretty butterflies while hiking at Hidden Valley in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was always fun to go there and see how many varieties we could find.
I saw this Purplish Copper butterfly near the bridge one summer morning. It flitted from flower to flower but liked the purple asters the best.
It looks so delicate with its wings so paper thin. Isn’t it just beautiful?

A superb photograph of a superb and majestic creature.
