Follow The Orange Tabs At Sprague Lake For Snowshoeing or Cross-Country Skiing In RMNP

Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park is a great place to go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. It’s pretty flat and the views are magnificent. To help you follow the trail in winter when it is covered with snow, there are orange tabs on the trees about¬†8-10 feet high that you can follow. This will show you the trail and where you should be going. Just follow them around the lake.

It’s just gorgeous up there this time of year! Get your hiking boots, snowshoes or skis out and go have some fun!
